2. Cancellations & Refunds

- Refunds are only available under certain circumstances, in accordance with company policy.
- Komodo 7 Wonder reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours in the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond its control.
3. Schedule Changes
- The itinerary is subject to change at any time due to weather conditions, security, and field conditions.
- Information on itinerary changes will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are required to safeguard their personal belongings during the trip.
- Participants are required to follow the tour guide's instructions for everyone's safety and comfort.
- Komodo 7 Wonder is not responsible for any risks resulting from personal negligence.
5. Health Conditions
- Participants must be in good health before participating in the tour.
- If you have a history of certain medical conditions, you are expected to inform the team before departure.
6. Documentation
- Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes and on Komodo 7 Wonder's social media.
- Participants may submit any objections regarding documentation before the tour begins.
7. Force Majeure
Komodo 7 Wonder is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, bad weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
8. Agreement
By making a booking and payment, customers are deemed to have agreed to all Terms & Conditions applicable to Komodo 7 Wonder.
